Gift PremiumOdd yet delightfully intriguing. Morbid yet very very sweet. Sarcasm is part of who I am.....deal with it.

Sunday, February 17, 2013, 7:43:42 PM- Just a small hobby.
I finally felt like finishing the water color I started. My Dad popped into my head and all of a sudden it was completed. He and I loved to bird watch and the Hummingbird was our favorite. I am heading out to find the perfect mat and frame so I can hang it on my wall. It isn't painted on a regular canvas, just plain white construction paper.

When we were young girls....this is what we thought of boys. And now? Well now we are like this over men.

Saturday, February 16, 2013, 6:26:07 PM- It went too far
The neighbor broke up with his girlfriend. I overheard them talking through the open window below. She took down his pictures and put up (according to him) "Uterus Pictures" So I am guessing some sort of feminine pictures. lol @ Uterus Pictures.

Friday, February 15, 2013, 7:45:01 PM- Burn the shoes!
While standing in line at the store this morning, I was behind a woman who had stepped in doggie doo doo. Man oh man! We all know how that is....lol. The man in front of the woman kept turning around and giving her a dirty look. (*as if she could do anything about it*) I said to her "I think he wants you to get out of line" That made her laugh and therefore breaking her tension. So we talked and ignored the dufus. She had stepped in it halfway through her walk to the store and didn't want to turn back. She tried the trick of wiping her shoes on grass. *A futile move* When we were both through the line we kept chatting outside of the store. I mentioned to her that using vinegar would get rid of the smell. She responded with "I am going to burn them"....lol. Come to think of it? I have thrown away a pair of tennis shoes now and then after I had stepped in dog poo. The scent attaches itself like a virus and permeates what ever it touches. Much like baby barf. Oh good god! Baby barf sticks to your clothes like white on rice too. What a lovely blog, eh? hahahhahaah

Friday, February 15, 2013, 2:09:47 AM- My Valentines Day date is...........Me
Me, Myself and I. I have no qualms about taking myself out and having a fine dinner as I listen to a live band. My date is a pretty good gal who always makes me smile. Tux? You asked in status if I am going to park and neck with myself? Yes, I will make sure to get a little "sumthin sumthin" later. I hope everyone had a great day. I am out for now. Toodles

Thursday, February 14, 2013, 4:53:51 AM- Hmmmmm? This behavior reminds me of my older sisters.
I have mentioned that while I was growing up, my 7 sisters were always mean to me. Well, here is a sample of how it was. I think that I will send this to all of them and write "Look familiar?" hahahahahahahaah

Wednesday, February 13, 2013, 10:39:48 PM- We do the same thing, but one is funnier than the other.
When women imitate a conversation between a man and a woman, she takes on the voice of a man and speaks in a semi deep voice. Ok, no biggie. Butttttttttttt.............. When a man imitates a conversation between a man and a woman, he looks funnier than all get out. He stands there and does the high pitched voice, doing female hand movements, hands on hips and the hair flipping gestures. IT CRACKS ME UP! I never realized how effing hilarious it looked until today. You are going to think of this next time you see a man imitating a conversation he had with a woman or heard one.

Wednesday, February 13, 2013, 7:01:06 AM- For all of you!
For those waking up: For those going to bed: The beauty of NN is the diverse group of members all over the world. So why not share a "hello and goodbye" at the same time?

Tuesday, February 12, 2013, 2:52:26 AM- Can you?
Cross your fingers on both hands at the same time? Ok, if you can....go one further. After crossing them...reverse the movement and cross the fingers in the opposite direction at the same time. Then cross both sets of fingers in the same direction and the same time. I can do it, can you? Evidently it is some myth that means you can give great hand jobs....lol. Who starts these things? Where are the scientific numbers on this?

Monday, February 11, 2013, 2:42:04 AM- A walk to my favorite tea and coffee spot.
I sat in the big comfy chair sipping my green tea and enjoyed the warmth of the heater and the scent of freshly baked cinnamon buns. I didn't want to speak to anyone. I wanted to enjoy the stories of others that came and went. It doesn't take much to get a stranger to talk. All you have to do is ask "Hi, How are you today?" and then follow it with something that applies to their appearance. I met and listened to: -A very excited young woman, pregnant with her first child. -An elderly woman who spoke of being widowed for the last 32 years and never married again because dearest Allen was the love of her life. -A teacher who vented about the declining education in California. -A man who was visiting and complained about the prices around the area. I love meeting and interacting with people. You learn so much, as well as grow as an individual. I walked home and caught two sights that I wanted to capture. The moss on the ocean rocks and boulders. The white foam against the bright green mossy colors looked as if it was painted on. Summer will come and the moss will dry up. This is a section of the beach in which the hundreds of Lion Seals come and sleep in peace. When I first arrived here in 2010, I had walked past this point and at first glance they looked like giant rocks to me. As I stood and watched the seals hobble up the beach, a visitor had mentioned how they looked like boulders....lol. It was a good day.
