Monday, February 2, 2015, 6:48:40 AM- Finding time.....or not.
I received an interesting call. I have been asked if I want to volunteer to assist with the victims of catastrophic crimes. This means assisting victims and family members of the victims of murder or deaths from accidents. This is an on-call position after my regular duty hours. My time volunteering goes back to when I was in high school. So it's not like I am not used to it. Plus it is an honour to be asked. I am already looking around in order to donate some time to a local shelter for kids or some time with an abused woman's home. The times for these volunteer positions are every other weekend and on my time. When I transferred closer to my sons, it was to be with them more. I need to keep that promise to them. Another reason is the position I am in now takes up a great deal of my time. I still have on going training, an academy coming up and an Interrogation Course to pass. After all of those academies are complete, I will be thrown into the pits...hahaha. So again, my time is already limited and taking a spot on a Crisis Unit would be a lot to put on my plate. I don't know if you have noticed, but my blog reading has fallen behind and so has my ability to answer messages...lol. I know NN doesn't come first...*giggles* but it does give me a great deal of levity during the times I am home and relaxing. I know that I want to take it, but I can't unless I clone myself.

Friday, January 30, 2015, 5:32:18 AM- Un-American? I think not.
I love my tea in the morning. I don't care for fruity teas or fancy teas. I love British Teas straight from Britain. Yes, you got that right! I prefer the teas from overseas (random rhyme..lol) because they have strong and unique flavours that appeal to my pallet. I guess you would say that my tongue is very particular....lol.. Lipton Tea is drab....yes, I wrote 'drab' *gasp*! And to top it all off, I enjoy milk or cream in my tea. *more gasps*!!! As I was making my tea this morning, I was accused of being un-American... Why is it so strange for others that I put cream in my tea? Is there a law? Do they execute people for this? Do I really have to travel to Britain and have tea and crumpets with the Queen to fit in? Am I the only non British person to enjoy cream in her tea? Speak up, don't be ashamed, there are those who can help....lmao. Oh and by the way, yes....I know you are thinking it. I do. I do hold my pinkie up whilst I sip my tea.

Tuesday, January 27, 2015, 5:46:59 AM- Stupid.
I do not like to use that term when it comes to people. It isn't a kind word. Much like the word 'hate' it's a strong word and you should use it wisely. I try not to look at people as being stupid, but rather they do stupid things. This was a lesson I learned in elementary school. Well, once in a blue moon, on the night that pigs fly in fluffy pink tutu's at the same time Jupiter aligns with Mars, I can actually call a person stupid. Last year my brother in law up and quit his job of 38 years. What makes this worse is that before he did this he told Sister T to quit her job so she could relax, they bought a new car and were in escrow on a house. He didn't quit to follow a dream. He quit because he was transferred to another area in his firm. He didn't get demoted nor did he lose any pay or have his hours switched. He had a knee jerk reaction and quit out of anger! There goes all of their benefits and perks. He cashed out his 401k and took a major hit on deductions for early withdrawal. He went through what was left of the taxed out 401k on his Mothers bills and is working as a parts driver for an auto shop and Sister T is working at Walmart. They are both 60 years of age and won't be able to qualify for SS benefits until they are 63 and even then, they will only get partial benefits if they don't or can't wait until they are 65 years of age. I haven't spoken to T in a while and basically, we haven't spoken as much as we used to. She hasn't been the same since her hubs did this. It breaks my heart to hear that Sister T has been so depressed and falling ill from her life being turned upside down. My brother in law made a permanent decision during a temporary emotional feeling. It is hard not to use the word stupid when it comes to him. Sister T hasn't been the same since he committed this act of selfishness and this makes me sad. Sister M has offered to take Sister T in, but only if she divorces the hubs. I don't think divorce is the answer because that is just another angry move.

Sunday, January 25, 2015, 5:13:46 AM- Yes, I am alive...lol. And still perving along.
I have just been very busy. But not busy enough to keep my mind out of the gutter. Gee, I wonder what is on my mind? It's not world peace, I can tell you that. With my mind, I think....lol.....no, I know that I could turn an nnocent grilled cheese sandwich into a sexual innuendo. I need help...lol.

Thursday, January 22, 2015, 5:22:20 AM- I long long long to take a freaking picture.
One of the biggest downfalls to riding in a carpool is the inability to just pull over and unleash my camera! It's hard to have an itchy camera finger and not do something about it....lol The sunsets and the sunrises out here are different each day. It's not just the sun that makes them unique, it's the cloud formations and the mountains that add artistic touches to each morning and evening. I have noted the colors since I have been here. They range in hues and tones of orange, magenta, yellow, red, purple, copper, silver, blues, lavender and pewter. It's like a sun lottery. The 40 minute drive flies by because I get lost in the view. Mother Nature gives me a rush! And there I am, riding along wanting and desiring to capture on film such splendor and display it on my wall or in my blog. It's a lustful feeling as a photographer to feel such an ache. Now one would think that I could capture them on the weekends, but that is put on hold until my patient is up and moving about without his walker. For now my weekends are playing nurse. Soon, I am optimistic that once my weekends are mine, I will capture the illusive desert sunset and sunrise. AND....once I can afford a new car that can make the drive into work, the freedom to just pull over and unleash the Kracken will be mine again...MINE I TELL YOU!!.....*que evil laugh* bwaaaaaahahahaha bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahahahahahah

Wednesday, January 21, 2015, 8:57:57 PM- So did they?
Did the Pats cheat? Should they be allowed to be in the Super Bowl? Should the game be replayed? With a prior recorded history of sly maneuvers of deflated balls, is this worth disqualifying them? What do you think that the NFL will do? It is quite the conundrum. Some are saying that the Pats would have won the game without the deflated balls. But that isn't the point here, now is it? 11 of their 12 balls were illegally deflated. Now is that fair? Were deflated balls involved?

Tuesday, January 20, 2015, 4:54:21 AM- RomaNN Toga Party.
As I rise with the sun, I walk out onto my balcony that is peaceful and warm. It takes a great deal of hard work to rule over the loyal perverted subjects. kingdom and I must make sure that I look good doing it. Bow down before me and kiss, fondle and lick my feet. ...lol...I'm serious...I love it when my toes are kissed... *rawr* I'm all business as I rule...................but...... .........When the sun starts to set, I release the responsibilities of ruling and turn to my playful perverted side. I slip into my party toga and toss my golden crown off to the side. A woman should always have a sexy slinky toga to show her curves. Later on when the moon is high and the wine is flowing, the debauchery begins! An assless Toga is the way to get blood flowing to a Trogan's head.....both of the heads. Queen by day, slave girl by night. Please visit the players and show them some love and support. It takes a great deal of time to participate in the blog challenges. I can't help but think that he would be ashamed of what has been happening as of late. His words are being totally ignored. I also can't help but wonder if any of the violent protesters have even read his words or even understand his legacy?

Sunday, January 18, 2015, 11:31:00 PM- WOW WOW WOW!
Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh and it's sudden death!! There were interceptions, close calls and a comical ball-to-the-helmet ooops....the other team has the ball interception. There was a close call of 'is he in out out' to decide. To me, he was in and would have called it so. I prefer college ball and truly do not have a pro team. I just enjoy a good game and this one was a very good game. I love the games that get down under 4 minutes and you wonder if the losing team will make another touchdown. I enjoy it even more when the clock is winding down to 2 minutes or less and the team that was once behind, has now tied the game. The Seahawks and the Packs gave me quite a show! Now that it is sudden death, I don't have the luxury of watching the remainder of the game. It is time to hit the road and head back to my apartment. I won't be able to watch the highlights until after 1800 tonight. To me, I know that Green Bay is the better of the teams and the Seahawks just got lucky. But that is my opinion. Who else watched the game? It was thrilling!
