After several days of brutal heat and humidity we, had a huge storm last night, the wind and was incredible, there are small branches down all over the place. It has cooled down to a lovely 22c with a nice breeze. The first thing I did when i got up this morning was turn off the a/c and open all the windows.

I blogged about inertia (and accidentally removed it grrr). I have however come to realize that I haven't been quite as inert as I thought. I may not be getting the tangible things I want to get accomplished going yet but boy have I come a long way with the intangibles.

NOT. Yup two blogs one day but had to share this.
I borrowed a friends car today to do a bit of running around, it has one of those remote thingys that locks and unlocks doors. Anyway, I had my son with me and after about 2 stops I thought I have the hang of this thing I'm cool!
We came out of a store and were walking toward the car and I pushed a button (thinking I was unlocking the car) and said to him go get in. He cracked right up and then I did too.
I had hit the button to open the trunk.

Wayyyyyyyyy humid out today and gross. After trying to get a hold of a friend who said she would help put in the a/c my daughter and I figured we would give it a shot. I wasn't sure cause that sucker is so damn heavy, but we did it we got it up from the garage. Next was where the hell are the instructions? Nowhere to be found of course! No matter thats why we have the internet. After screwing around (literally trying to figure out where these screws were and where they were supposed to go) I said screw it!

It's in and doing quite fine without the screws.
Never underestimate the power of a couple of hot sweaty and therefore grumpy women
