Ventured out to grab the local paper today.

It was colder than a grave digger's ass!

Thankfully, once I went back inside, my nuts decided to come back down from hiding.

Local weather forecast was crying major winter storm.

What we received was a little ice and a dusting of snow.

I think the station was trying to amp-up their ratings.

... or bust! lol Need some groceries. High of 58 today, but rain, sleet, then snow tonight, with a high of 31 tomorrow.

As a former Boy Scout, I will be prepared.

Last night I dreamed I was eating a peanut butter hamburger.

Today I googled it and yes, Virginia, there is such a thing.

And now I'm craving one!

NFL games viewership is down 33%.

Some support Mr. Trump's boycott, some protest that "guy" from San Francisco who started the whole kneeling thing, some are protesting the concussion thing,some think the games are boring. But 46% didn't give a reason.

Could be, with too many teams, the sport is now over-saturated.
Like baseball, it is strictly an American game. Pro basketball and soccer are rising in viewership because they are world sports.

I saw this trend coming, but no one listened... as usual.

Life goes on, eh?

After nearly setting a record here for consecutive days below freezing (32 degrees f), we made it to 34 today.

Future forecast says 56 by Thursday.

11. Do you talk to yourself? Yes. Intelligent conversation is hard to find, sometimes.
12. Do you like doing puzzles? Yes. I do the jumble and two crosswords every day... in ink.
13. Favorite music? 1960's rock and roll.
14. Coffee or tea? Coffee six days a week, green tea on Sundays.
15. Do you hit the snooze button? No. My alarm clock is across the room so that I'll have to get up.
16. Love or money? Love. I found out years ago that money can't buy it.
17. Pets? Dogs. Nothing makes me feel better after a rough day than to come home to man's best friend.
18. First thing you remember you wanted to be growing up? A Major League baseball player.
