Last night I went to bed, after two nights in a row of insomnia. I turned out the light, got comfy and couldn't drift off to sleep. So I turned on the tv, watched something insipid on the tube and yawned. I figured I might as well give it a shot, so off went the tv. I snuggled down under the sheet, closed my eyes and...

the next thing I knew, the alarm clock was going off.

I got up today feeling refreshed and renewed.

Ah, what a few hours of deep sleep will do for the mind and body!

A few hours of profound zzz's can do a lot of good indeed. Is it just me or are many people noticing that their overall quality of sleep has declined these past years?
