The nose is now fine, but I have a scratchy throat and occasionally a little cough. Oddest damn cold I've ever had... thank God it's a weak one!

Ever try echinacea? A friend also swears by oil of oregano. Zinc also wards off colds. I use to take the mineral straight but now they make lozenges. Good luck!
