I have had one side of my sinus blocked for the last two days. It runs, but can't be discharged. Finally better now. A very strange feeling. One's body has so many things to do to distract me.

i have no idea what its called in english, but a nasal cleansing done with salt water (natriumchlorid) in a special jug, from the pharmacy???
