I will have a colonoscopy and an upper endoscopy. Not thrilled, but this apparently goes along with getting older (and having decent insurance)

That would have been pretty much correct. Thankfully, all went well, he found some polyps and 2 ulcers. He removed the polyps and sealed (?) the ulcers as well as putting me on new meds.
