Started what should be 3x weekly bike ride for exercise with The Ex and it went well except that I woke up with a horrible headache and Left Knee pain. Not really sure if it was all due to the exercise, but I have been having knee problems anyway so riding four miles probably did not help. While she was showering this morning before we headed out to work, The Ex indicated that she wants me to trim her this afternoon which should lead to some good oral and fucking. Seems like it will be a good Tuesday.
