I'm a gregarious and social person. Going out with friends, seeing live music, most any outdoor activity (hiking, biking, kayaking) and taking my dogs to the park are things I enjoy. You could say I'm a gym rat. I'm there 4-5x a week. It's not just the physical aspect of it. It is therapeutic for me emotionally and mentally.
