i will not eat acidic tomato sauce in any italian recipe...well done meat...over steamed ...or worse boiled veggies...boiled chicken....or boiled pretty much anything other than pasta...ANY unseasoned foods... please mask the initial origin but do not cover the full flavor.... that's mostly done in french cuisine.
