Beer candied bacon:
1 lb thick bacon
1/2 C brown sugar
1/4 c + 2 T beer
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine beer and brown sugar to make thin syrup. Set aside
Line rimmed baking sheet w/foil. Place wire cooling rack on top. Place pieces of bacon on top of the rack, overlapping if necessary. Place in oven and cook for 10 mins. Remove and brush one side of bacon with beer syrup. Flip and coat the other side as well. Return to oven and cook for 10 mins. Remove and repeat process another time or two until bacon is crispy and brown and all the glaze is used up. Cool for 1 hr before serving. Enjoy!
