Dum's Recipes (Shhhhh Don't tell him I told you)

Since everyone keeps bugging Dum for recipes, I figure I'll steal em, and post em here for all of ya!
Here's the first, a favorite of mine that never fails to please a crowd.
Stuffing wrapped Sausage balls
1/2 package stuffing (regular)
1/2 package stuffing (cornbread)
1 lb ground hot sausage
Veggie oil
Portion sausage into 1" size balls, fry in skillet with a small amount of vegetable oil until brown.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
While stuffing is still warm, mold it around the sausage ball, completely covering it.
Deep fry in fryer or skillet until stuffing is dark brown and crusty.
We generally serve these with a cracked pepper mill gravy, what some would call "country gravy" And he cheats. Use the packaged stuff, just add water
