Loss of a loved one
I’ve tried everywhere’s else with no help
Has anyone here lost a wife, husband, or loved one.
How can I get through this and what helped you.
I’m Bout done with this shit.

Well, it depends on the counseling, assistance, therapy and the like that you are searching for right now.

Do you have Clergy that you can reach out too?

What about your employer EAP?

Are there counseling services that have access too?

There is no fix just a program to address coping and adjusting to your new norm. Go through the 5-Stages as that is a good start and recognize that peace may elude you but eventually your soul will propose a truce with your mind. When it does, agree to the terms and begin work on the Inner Treaty that you will need to maintain your sanity.

Just getting started
I'm chronically ill with multiple life threatening conditions & diseases. I've walked that fine line between life and death for half my life. My family has been very close to losing me several times. I've also lost people to xxxxxxxxx, suicide & diseases. I've been told by many that I'm a fantastic listener, probably loses some steam virtually, but if you'd like to talk or vent or whatever you can reach out. Be well, it's always the darkest before the dawn.
