Photos posted in the morning (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are taking 8 hours or more to be approved.

Is this the new norm?

Hi, no this is not the new norm.

We are in the middle of implementing chnages due to new regulatory requirements, and as yet have not optimised the flow.

Please be patient while we implement these industry wide changes brought about by the credit card companies.
