burgers??? big, sliders, what kind of meat......????
and what do ya mix in them???? NO TOFU OR SISSY GROUND TURKEY IN THIS HOUSE!!!!!

DEPENDING ON THE CROWD,EVENT AND OR HOLIDAY AND THE TYPE WE WANT TO SERVE...for meat our faves are beef, bison, pork including varied sausages, lamb, (bear if my neighbor gets one) and venison. we generally use beef as the base and add 1/3 to 1/2 of another meat.... except bison which is either 100% or 50% if used with another meat.. we have mixed in taco seasoning, diced habanero chili, different cheeses, diced onion, bell pepper, old bay spice, roasted garlic, different types of salt and peppers, deli ham, bacon and bacon bits.

we use different types of rolls and buns but the toppings are typical... green salad mix, mayo, several mustards, ketchup, different salsas including pico de gallo, relishes, varied cheeses, tomatoes, diced olives, and fresh and sauteed shrooms.

can't say i have a fave... but i am partial to beef and lamb rare with many varied toppings on a sesame roll burger burger burger burger burger burger burger burger burger beer beer beer beer beer beer beer

Sometimes I like a turkey burger for lunch. A turkey burger seasoned with Cajun spice on a homemade rye bun and secret sauce makes a pretty good lunch.

What is it Raven? You should re-size pics you post in the forum, no more than 700 pixels wide.

Recently a man suffered a heart attack while eating at the Heart Attack Grill. The grill is aptly named for it's monster burgers loaded with good tasting, but high fat content, ingredients. Well, you have to hand it to them, truth in advertising. Another satisfied customer removed by the paramedics. Lets all raise a burger and toast the happy victim!

I like the cheap fatty ground beef for burgers, the lean stuff gets too dry. Or the very expensive Kobe beef, thats what Ive been using lately, it has a very high fat, great flavor too. You can even feel the difference when forming the patties.

Just made burgers yesterday...

Used ground beef with a bit of fat for taste. I mixed it with bread crumbs, an egg, salt and pepper.

For a bun, it was a crusty french roll. I dressed the burger with caramelized onions, balsamic mushrooms, cheese and ketchup. oh...and bacon, can`t for get that. Sometimes I use blue cheese which is also good.

Balsamic mushrooms? Sounds interesting, do you make them or buy them?

Perhaps I should have included the words, what are they? I know mushrooms, I presume you mean balsamic vinigar but how are they combined?
