Delayed ejaculation
I'm 56 and healthy but have had intermittent issues with delayed ejaculation for a few years. I don't masturbate more than a couple times a month. Sex frequency with wife is twice a week. I don't watch excessive porn.
I just feel a lack of penile you sensitivity- not every time but a few times a month. I generally know right away when entering her that I'm not going to be able to cum easily- so usually I just get her off then stop. It's frustrating to me and she thinks it's her fault, which it's not.
Anyone have any advice- any supplements you take or anything specific you are doing to help with this situation?? Thanks!!

Could be medical
You should see a urologist and see if it is a medical issue.

It is frustrating
I've had that before. I went through a couple year period where it would literally take me an hour to be able to stroke enough to get off. I take pills or injections for ED. Sometimes the injections make me numb. And sometimes even with the meds I can't stay hard inside her. I'm not sure which is more frustrating for me - not staying hard or taking forever to cum
